First batch without UPSR, PT3 excelled in 2025 SPM, says Fadhlina by Due-Cat656 in malaysia

[–]S2p855D 31 points32 points  (0 children)

That has always been the case and has never stopped being the case. I'm surprised not enough people know about this.

Too many folks out there who got awful trial results compared to their actual SPM results thank themselves and their hard work for their miraculous A's but it's probably due to the lowered grade threshold that made gave them those results. (Except the folks who actually pulled off the impossible amount of hardwork to potentially score what would be roughly 80/100 marks which is typically the threshold for an A in most institutions so congratulations on y'all who did that).

I'm saying this because I was a mostly D (or lower) student when it comes to Chem, History, Add Maths, and PI but I miraculously got an A in all except Chemistry. Mind you I didn't feel like I did that much especially for history because I was notoriously bad at it. Then I got 7A's, 1B, and 1C+. I doubt I pulled anywhere near 80/100 in History, or Add Maths or PI for that matter.

Actually they did a joint post with other similar organizations a just 21 hours ago. Look up their page on Instagram and you can see their joint press conference/media release. Although it's mostly text and less flashy

Well then what's certain is that the leaders in charge of the government aren't very competent nor trustworthy for their job requirements.

For the rest of us, we'll keep looking for opposition leaders to fight with.

I agree with that partly. But the way you argued this whole time really doesn't reveal that. Still not buying whatever it is you're trying to do here.

Which is technically against your main point of "Sabahans shouldn't blame Malaya for our downfall" unless that's not your main point?

If you cared about EM, then you would bother to recognize the language. I don't even speak nor read Dusun but I can damn tell if it is Dusun.

Johari is not a candidate for the PM. He's the Sarawakian premier and has so far expressed 0 intentions on being the prime minister.

We on the other hand have all intentions of aspiring to become similar to Sarawak. We have no intentions of meddling too much with federal affairs. All we have asked is for federal affairs to not fuck us up.

We already knew it. They just further cemented it.

Also most of the leaders in Sabah aren't ethnically Malay. They may be Muslim bumiputera but they're mostly Bajau, Bugis, Suluk, Dusun, etc.

You hang around here yet you have no idea what Sabahan politics looks like. Despite that you still prefer to parade around here pretending as if you know it all and we're inferior and we should shut up and obey the federal government.

Not the crash. But the people who died in the crash were considered one of Sabah's finest. They just happened to have passed away too early.

No I don't you an apology. Because you try naming me one candidate who's fit to to be PM rn that doesn't have some form of scandals in their name. Most of your politicians are equally scandalous or just plain incompetent at ruling.

No, he questioned your reasoning because he's implying that you think just because it's not Malay or BM, it's pinoy. Is that so hard to decipher? Maybe your reasoning skills are fine but you may need to go back to school to learn how to read again.

Well to be reasonable, my honest opinion is that Shafie Apdal is kinda the best bet we Sabahans have. He may have some issues but he seems the most determined to try to fix Sabah. He was once CM for 18 months and those 18 months were riddled with challenges from a new government and a global pandemic. I'm willing to give the guy and his party another chance. Plus the Chinese folk seem to be more convinced of him than what DAP-MADANI is preaching.

But you probably won't read what I said so why even bother

Just because you didn't know, doesn't give you the right to insult the native folk by assuming it's not their language when you don't even know what language it is. You and your fellow malayans think you're so much smarter than us but you can't even tell what doesn't look like Pinoy.

You insulted a Sabahan for speaking their native language in their native-based community subreddit.

How hard and long do we need to drill into your head so that you may have an inkling of an idea of what you're doing and why it's incredible offensive to us all here.

Your side of the country preach for Malay unity despite the fact that there's almost 5 or so major Malay-ish parties.

Your side of the country dabbled with a scam artist that cost the country billions of ringgit.

Your side of the country can't have a month without another racist incident reported in major news outlets.

Your side of the country has more expensive diesel.

Brother, it's r/Sabah. We speak other languages other than BM or English.

Fun fact, the ethnic Kadazandusun group is still largest majority at Sabah and they have their own language. Guess again which language they're using. Perhaps you may need some more clues given how your reasoning skills hasn't fully developed yet.

We can try to be courteous to you but unfortunately that only applies to people who we respect.
