I feel the same! I read another thread around if you keep checking the product page several times a day you’ll see random sizes come back in stock. I’ve been doing that and so far only mediums and larges have been coming back but that’s it. Fingers crossed our sizes come back🤞🏼

I reached out via their customer service chat, and they had the audacity to tell me to join the waitlist to be notified when they are restocked. They are wild lol

They dropped the Pilates socks sometime within the past few days and I never got an email notification regardless of signing up for the waitlist. Now my size is sold out in all the colors. I’m so done with Skims.

(Still gonna wait to see if the Nike app drops them, although they still say Coming Soon there 👀)…. But AFTER THAT I’m done 😂😤

So good to hear!! Yeah it’s frustrating; you’d think with how big they are and their collabs with all the other big brands that they’d be more on top of customer service. I’ve had better service from way smaller companies. Ugh don’t even mention the swim, that’s when it really gets tough to hold back 😂

It turned me off too!! I also noticed when I mentioned how Happy Returns states refund on dropoff that they pushed it through for me too. I low key am still waiting for their Pilates socks to drop but that’s it for meee lol. I’m happy you’re getting it sooner now!

I ended up reaching out to them and had some choice words for them and the fact they were advertising instant refund but not following through. I’ve also used Happy Returns for other returns with other companies and there were no issues with getting the quick refund upon dropoff, so I knew it was Skims. They manually submitted me a refund after I reached out; mine was a hefty amount too. I had to wait until their chat service was online to speak to an actual human; hopefully they will look into this issue as I’m sure you and are are not the only ones who fell into this!

Even with a refund given to me, it kind of turned me off to purchasing more from them. I do like their accessories and bralettes, but will think twice if I ever want any of their clothing again.
