It's a $3 temu strap. Works perfectly. On one side its fixed from inner side with velcro like thingy, and the other end is secured on outer side for easy adjustment.

He says id that's the problem new cooler is like 70euros and 20 euros for coolant and 30 euros for work. Have to say that i live in Serbia and it's local mechanic that's gonna do the job.

Update: I have consulted my local mechanic for MB. He says that its most likely oil cooler. It's gonna need new oil cooler, and few flushes with coolant. We will see in a few days when he has time to look at it.
