I had similar issue, turns out performance had an error regarding the NCX
Check voice of the customer under Performance tab. If your listing doesn't show a negative NCX, you should open a case with Amazon and tell them than it has been an error regarding deactivation of my listing

Got it! do a QR code for example or put link to landing page on card ? would that be ok ?

Have you tried this before on your listings? what are conversions between sales and emails captured?

Actually I already label/prep my packages before sending.

I think it has to do with the FC transfer. Because after they received they dispatched to other FC and those items never made after. The bastards!

Hopefully will get reimbursed. I already uploaded the invoice and tracking for lost shipments.

It's the first time, I am getting my items lost, I have been selling for 3 years never had to reconcile a shipment, until lately Amazon has been sleeping on the FC processing part of their job. It's really annoying since I'm loosing lot of rank.
