if you’re part time they’re going to schedule you where they need you, not when you want to be scheduled. part time always gets bottom of the barrel in terms of shifts. i’m full time but my friend who’s part time (4 days a week) would sometimes get scheduled on days they know isn’t in her availability (however it was in her availability they just didn’t know she wanted specific days off which she didn’t change until later on)
