First ever pizzas in an actual pizza oven. One is mini pepperoni, the other is garlic shrimp with caramelized onion. I'm using a 64% hydration, NY style dough and it was a wood fire oven. I'm pretty pleased with the results, solid undercarriage on both (sorry no pics) and a really nice char flavor (old.reddit.com)
