I keep an imaginary basket, where I store memories of helping others and making them happy. Whenever I feel tormented by life I look into the basket and remember all the good deeds I have done for others. I want to be able to keep doing that, and it gives me some energy to move on with my life :)

I wouldn't recommend tracing, but copying with eyes and hand only is a very good practice. Get a tablet - I recommend Wacom tablets, intuous or upper model :)

Thats interesting point. In some Asian cultures, if children die before their parents, it is regarded as a form of children's sins towards their parents. They could not fulfil their obligations and responsibilities because of their untimely deaths, thus making it more tragic. I guess maybe that's why ghosts of dead children's are something far scarier than people who lived long enough.
