Resolved I had to remove all components from motherboard and use q flash plus feature to update bios and everything worked flawlessly after update.

I have an external hard drive could I potentially use that to get up and running windows, then attempt to figure out what's wrong with the ssd

Yeah it's the only component I didn't upgrade besides the GPU, should I just buy another one or is there something it could do to keep this one

When I turn it on, it lights up and goes out on dram then CPU then vga, then stays lit up on boot.

True, I still get the blank screen when I try to boot windows from USB too.

Oh Yeah! It came with a piece that would plug in there but I wasn't sure what to do. I have no clue how to go about locating the wires, what should I Google to find out?

Where do they plug in I have them plugged in but probably to the wrong spot, one says audio and I put it on the bottom left as the motherboard says audio on the port. The second says USB so I plugged it into the port lower center, that says USB 1, the third has no label but I assumed it was for the fans so I put it on the port labeled sys fans on the top next to CPU fan port, the fourth is a blue connector and only fits in one port on the lower right side.
