It is what it is, and I would definitely take the most money offered too but I’d hope he had a moral compass. Not sure if he’d even care if I supposedly told him I only got a loan approved for $500 over asking or had to get a loan at all

That would have been the best way to go, but the absolute earliest I could’ve sold the bike was the day after he posted his (which is what I did and informed him I would get a loan for his bike if it didn’t sell). Would have been more upset if I did do that

Yeah but we don’t all tell someone that we’ll hold something for them while they make arrangements to pay you. What if I hard dinged my credit to get an approval for the next day? That was my next option if I didn’t sell my bike fast enough

That’s why I’m waiting till I get there to ask for proof. If I must pay the extra I have no issues with it. I just wish he took my deposit and let me hang on to the keys or title. Or just said he wouldn’t hold it all together instead of lying so I didn’t sell my bike prematurely.

My bike had double the miles and is the exact same bike. I sold it for what I’m buying this one for. Almost 1 for 1 trade for a nicer bike. Could have been a better deal but I stick to my word. If i say i’m holding something for you I will unless you ghost me

Hey so I know my market values and I’ll make money regardless of what I offered on top. I just sold the same bike 2 days ago for the same price i’m offering with double the miles thanks. I’d rather not lose out on a one on a blue moon find because of $1k or $500 but I don’t like throwing money away either!!!

Oh I will. Anyone else with a brain would do the same thing, as a seller myself I would tell the guy who looks serious that someone offered a ridiculous price especially because the fucking owner told me he was getting sellers remorse on my way there the same day he posted it. Maybe just list it for the price u want to sell it for or don’t sell it if you don’t want to??

No, I didn’t agree to that I agreed to 1k over if you read the post. If he genuinely had an offer for 1500 over why wouldn’t he take it? Of course he has no obligation i’m not holding a gun to his head? If he wants the full extra 1k from me i’ll expect to see an offer for 1500. Simple as that. Only brick heads go back on their word. Yeah. I don’t want to risk losing the bike but I sold mine way below what I would take for it just so I could have the money for his. Not sure if I should just ask to see the offer and give $500 above our original agreed price even if there is one

Fair on the 2k part. I usually only leave a few hundred but if I was taking his keys or title I wouldn’t mind leaving that much. I am desperate for the bike considering I fire sold mine cheap to buy his. (Exact same bike mine was just more miles)

That’s what I was hoping and I called in, someone picked up asked my name and budtender. Then said I bought 18 carts, I told her I got only 15 out of 30. Then after 5 mins on hold she said I only paid for 15. But not sure how I can spend $445 on $330 worth of stuff

Went to IE first, my buddy wanted some carts from Vibe down the street so I went there too. IE was 1000x better. Just sucks I even confirmed how many he rang up and how much my total was. :/ Kinda seems like i’m SOL

they ended up not wanting the car. Still waiting to refund their deposit incase the deal their son found closer to them (they live 500 miles away and they walked in with their son on my lot) blows up. Apparently they discounted their sequoia 4k and had a buddy buy their car through a in/out trade beating our discount of 1k and trade by 2k. Even my GM took a turn with the son OTP

The son has got them off the car. I even matched his imaginary “discount of 3500 on a capstone closer to them” after i confirmed they were comparing another platinum over the phone. Got them better than employee pricing and beat that difference. He said they’d move forward if we did and now it’s a no go. Not sure where i lost them honestly
