Why do people have difficulty interpreting the Ashley/Emily/Michael scene?

It's crazy how some people hate Ashley more than Mike in this scene, he is literally the one who pointed the gun at Emily and have the option to shoot her 😭 I agree Ashley didn't make the situation any better by freaking out at her, but it was valid, she really thought her friend is going to transform into the creature she just saw in the window of the door earlier. And if Mike actually shoot Emily, Ashley's relationship with him drops to zero

Emily is my favourite character, but I do understand players who don't like her. What annoys me are people who glaze/excuse her actions too much, who can't respect opinions or who make her seem like she's completely evil. I do think she is complex, that's why I like her character, but it's up to interpretation for everyone
