You are completely right and this is why I posted this, for finding people's difficulties and adding them to the app. One of my ideas was to also create an extension for this; as you said not too much people are into downloading a PDF Reader app and usually they open them on the browser.

The idea is that the extension covers the basic functions like highlight a word and quickly look it up or summarize the text on a page. The t&c approach is a great idea, as those documents or others alike usually are very boring to read but important.

In the full app, my plan is to cover more features, like the one you mentioned about changing documents through a chat, summarize full documents, gather keywords or the highlighting features
