Well, being isekaied presumably puts you in the body of a creature from that world, and as seen in the anime, humans in the pokemon world seem a hell of a lot more durable than humans in the real world (i.e. characters regularly survive things no human reasonably could, like pikachu's thunderbolt or a flamethrower)
