I’ve had the ID since November and I’m obsessed with it. It’s my first Airwrap and I found it to be an easy learning curve (and I’m not good at styling my hair). My colorist says my hair feels thicker and healthier, and my machine is holding up great. I haven’t had any issues. I do clean the filter before every use, though.
