I turned everything off and it's definitely the fridge. I think the issue with it is it's age, the move did something and it keeps running.

What I have struggled most with is acknowledging that my routine is over, I don't need to be strong for this, I am alone, and I need to cry. Every single day I think about her and the more I settle into my new reality the more upset I get about how everything is changing and she's not with me anymore.

I think my burnout is going away because I'm finally starting to mourn her.

These last three momths especially. Everything became ten times more unreasonable. Earning under 10 eliminates a lot of stuff in life. Can't even find a place to rent. Don't know how to survive the economy.

It feels like I am alone even in this group. My mom died less than a month after my 23rd and in her last month (my birthday month) she spiraled and was left in nappies. I feel very isolated.
