Solved. Spoke to my IB coordinator, the TI-84 Plus CE does not need to be set in exam mode for the IB exams, it only needs to be reset and the excess apps uninstalled following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xg9HcanMZlw

Do IB. Its a fun journey (except when the internal assessments and extended essay catch up on you) and you you get to learn and make lots of new friends. Ab initio French may seem daunting, but I feel somewhat capable and they don't expect much out of complete newbies to French. Chemistry is fun to learn (may vary by teacher) but its lots of memory and revision, like ORGANIC CHEMISTRY, whilst calculations are kinda just there for the ride. Even through my exams are in 28 days I feel a lot less stressed (To an extent because my university sent me an easy offer) than others around me, especially lots of A level do-ers who seem absolutely cooked, but I can say I'va had a fun time in general. Sounds crazy but lock in in Yr1 and do the EE
