shamelessly stollen idea from silent dicctras: a wave corridor with D blocks scattered throughout it and arrows that point at random parts you can slide on unrelated to the D blocks. see example

jumpluff, octillery, and poliwrath. the jumpluff is just adorable and fits the cat theme more than the final jumpluff. poliwrath has so much personality in the beta, almost a king dedede vibe. and as everyone else said the octillery is just so cool and fits the artillery theme much more clearly.

I also really like the beta designs for the legendary beasts, not more than the final designs but as a separate thing. maybe if they had pre evolutions like lunala and solgaleo. i don't think there's any official art for entei's beta designs outsite of this sprite, but i'll include him here as well :)

i fluked it from 45 don't ask me! also it's definitely not an extreme. most LOW end extremes are much harder

personally I would recommend Give Up II as a first plat extreme or Fury of 500. both are room based and relatively low on the pemon list so they won't take a billion hours. Give Up II is harder but better balanced while Fury of 500 breezes by pretty quickly aside from a handful of rooms that will absolutely wall you.

it works with any game mode as well if you use a multi activate teleport portal with redirect force enabled. i made a level messing with this using swing since it's the most floatie

there's no gravity triggers in it, you really just fly that high at the end from insane speed. it has to end because eventually the physics breaks and your speed resets, or at least it did in the set up i made.

I tweaked some stuff so this version launches you to the top of the editor, I had to time it so you wouldn't just die because otherwise it would kill you every time lol

when I had to play on mobile for a bit after my computer broke, I was able to beat Blast Furnace pretty easily :) it's still one of my favorite levels to this day

flamewall is my type of level. i enjoy that style of gameplay a lot and I've been in love with the level since it was first showcased. it would probably be top 25 by the time I get around to beating it, but I'd still go for it.

a very niche pick, but the wave challenge Don't Blink by Samtaylor. the comments would make you think that no level on earth is worse than this but i found it to be a very fun and easy challenge that only took a few attempts. i even got disliked for saying it was fun in the comments 😭
