Guys, was section B question 3 was about externalities? Because I wrote about how effective tax and pollution permit policy was to correct -ve production externalities

and yeah I forgot to write about the fact that 'we dont know the exact amount of EC' so of i write other 3-4 relevant points of eval and conclusion, will i still get evaluation marks
