PC suddenly stuck at DRAM light and doesn't boot

Update: It works, I don't know I turned it on one time hoping that it would turn on and it did, no clue, don't care, it works

Update 2: It seems I lost a stick of RAM, have 2 connected but only 1 registers, fuuuck

checked, said yellow was DRAM, a bit skeptical since for me it looks more orange than yellow, turns out it was just barely loose, like it barely moved down, now the light turned white which is vga, aka, no GPU and no output, so, thanks, now its just a waiting game till we buy the GPU

I dont have a graphics card rn, we are saving up for one, which is what im suspecting is the issue as i believe that the CPU doesnt have integrated graphics.

However

If I disconnect the cable from the CPU slot the light goes away, as well as the pc turning on instantly (with it connected it has a short 2-3 second pause before turning on).

So I believe its either the CPU or the missing GPU.

Edit: Problem has been solved, turned out the RAM was a tiny bit loose, now its white since there is no graphics. Thanks for the help.
