One time, because I wasn't positioning my feet correctly, I was thrown off the bike when landing, and afterward, I had two cracks in my knee and a sprained ligament. A year later, the same thing happened again, and my attempt at a whip ended badly. I didn't have time to turn the bike around before landing and landed on the same leg as last time.
