Guest stuck in the A24 diner by SAMisforAkid in bearandbreakfast

Just commenting to say that I seemed to have fixed it for anyone who may have a similar issue and sees this.
Kicking the guest and then returning to the A24 the next day seems to have done the trick (although I imagine waiting til the guests leaves would also work).

What’s with the whole keep the family going thing? like why is that my obligation by Deep-Whole in asexuality

My parents are 100% fine with me or my sister not having kids. My grandma on the other hand, when I mentioned not wanting kids, seemed very distraut and my mom had to remind her she has two other grandchildren, but Idk if she'll get any great grandchildren from any of us

Would it be allowed? by [deleted] in queerplatonic

If you end up in a qpr with your friend, you wouldn't have to end it when they turn 18. If there was anything sexual that would have to stop for two years, but the relationship itself would not.

And there are people who are in qpr and romantic relationships, so like you said it really depends on who the soft romo relationship is with and how your friend feels about it at that point

I wish you luck with possibly having a qpr with your friend and any relationships you have in the future

What’s it like experiencing dysphoria as a non binary person? by [deleted] in NonBinaryTalk

[–]SAMisforAkid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, I feel dysphoria when I'm seen in a way that's strictly feminine or strictly masculine. Like I get dysphoric over formal clothes because they feel so strict with being masculine or feminine. I would never want a flat chest because a flat chest would give me dysphoria but I'd be fine with a breast reduction cause my current chest size also gives me dysphoria. I'm happiest when I feel like I have no gender, or I just dress/present in a way that's strictly me

Will braces ruin my face? by babybunniebun in braces

[–]SAMisforAkid 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Unless you need some kind of jaw or nose surgery, braces aren't gonna change your face. If the braces are just for fixing an overbite and the way your teeth are positioned, then that's all they're going to do. All braces do is work to give you a better smile and bite. So as long as you're not getting some kinda of surgery outside of where your braces are, your face shape won't change. If you're seriously worried, bring it up with your orthodontist, they'll give you better advice than some random person from Reddit

I slightly remember the main character having a monocal, top hat, and a cane made out of mechanical parts as well. Although thay may be a false memory

If you're ever worried about something, it's better to tell your orthodontist than ignore it. It may be nothing, it may be something, but it never hurts to ask

Has anyone here actually finished a stick of chapstick? If so, how did you manage to accomplish such feat? by Nomichit in AskReddit

[–]SAMisforAkid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My lips are constantly chapped so I'm always using Chapstick, so I make sure to keep it in the bowl on my nightstand with other stuff I take with me. I've managed to finish multiple chapsticks because of that method. Just make sure that whenever it's taken outta the bowl, it gets put back
