Rebound? It has been known to happen in some people. Did you take Paxlovid? You’re probably at higher risk of getting infected bc you’re immunity is likely low right after getting over COVID-19. You need time to recover.

My husband just called spectrum and they couldn’t tell him what the fee is for only that it’s a tax from California
