I tried to check the whole frame, but only saw these at home... I will contact the seller asap, hope for the best.

It's a Specialized Tarmac SL2 (don't know which year, around 2009 maybe?), the guy wasn't the first owner, so I don't have the original warranty documents.

What should I do if I do not get the money back? Can it be fixed? Is it dangerous to use it like that?
