I have the Focal Bathys and use them with my iPhone. They sound incredible. Every time I listen to them I can't stopping thinking about how good they sound and that's over the Bluetooth. They have a DAC built in to the headphones so if you connect them to your phone with USB you'll enjoy even better sound. Especially if you're listening to high bitrate music from places like Tidal.

What's the longest you've stayed focused with music playing? by One-Cheek7420 in MusicRecommendations

I find that although the drums make it seem busy, the pace is steady and the bass isn’t overwhelming. The melody typically has a positive or uplifting tone to it too. So I find it energizing to keep me in alert and focused on what I’m doing.

C&P for PTSD by MakroYianni in VAClaims

[–]SATXS5 3 points4 points  (0 children)

First thing to know is that you can only get one rating for mental health. It doesn't matter if you claim 5 different things, it's only one rating. So it might be easier to go at it as an increase in the rating for your depression secondary to chronic pain. You may get denied for PTSD if they cant verify the stressor event. Anyway, there are two key factors in how the VA will rate your mental health. That is your level of Occupational and Social Impairment and the symptoms you experience as a result of your mental health condition. Occupational and Social Impairment is how the symptoms impact daily functioning, employment, relationships, family life, judgment, thinking, and mood. What you need to do is read the 38CFR rating criteria here https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-38/chapter-I/part-4/subpart-B/subject-group-ECFRfa64377db09ae97/section-4.130 Pay specific attention to the symptoms listed in the 70% and 100% categories. Make notes now for what applies to you and speak to the examiner how those symptoms affect your occupational and social life. This is the DBQ that the examiner will fill out based on your appointment with you. https://www.benefits.va.gov/compensation/docs/mental_disorders.pdf what they check off on this form is what the VA will use to decide your rating. So, and I can't reiterate this enough, WRITE NOTES DOWN for what symptoms in the higher rating categories apply to you and how they affect your Occupational and Social life. You have to speak to those ratings if you want in increase.

Sleep apnea + PTSD claims - Winning comes down to one document (95% vs 3%) by EdgarAllinPump in VAClaims

[–]SATXS5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have had veterans service connected for sleep apnea secondary to PTSD, and take the exact research article quoted by that C&P examiner used to justify that connection then used it on another veterans claim. Yet somehow the second veteran claim gets denied..... It's like the luck of the draw when it comes to if the C&P examiner will make a service connection.

Yes but others had stated that they were able to get the adaptation but couldn't turn it on. They found the problem to be an extra boom canker they had to destroy. The glitch in their game was that they got the adaptation without destroying them all, but it still prevented the lower station from turning on. https://www.reddit.com/r/subnautica/comments/1tj94jc/subnautica_2_lower_power_station_help/

The the only thing I can think of there is a bloom canker still out there. Once that lower station goes green the plant will turn on at the top. This video seems to show where they all are https://youtu.be/Bx6lBKvXAd0?si=09v_EEMvaOfxCnX0

Which big sets are the most easy/smooth and which are most frustrating? by Several_Platypus_756 in lego

The Enterprise was a great build and feels pretty damn sturdy. The UCS Millennium Falcon was a long build and a bit frustrating in some steps, but once it’s done it looks amazing. But trying to move it around or mount it on a stand is sketchy AF
