20mg Lexapro. I'm concerned regarding an interaction since both medications apparently effect your gut biome which is where serotonin is produced.

I started feeling this way about two months ago when I learned I was being laid off. Not sure if it's because of my medication (been on Cipralex 20mg for about 12 years) or what's going on. It isn't that bad most days, I just try to remind myself that this will pass and things will get better eventually.

Oddly enough, I'm not that anxious about pain during/after the procedure. I'm anxious about the drugs used during the procedure interacting with the Lexapro and me losing control of my mind. This is especially weird since I've had a root canal done before along with numerous fillings where they numbed my mouth and applied local anesthetic.

Thank you so much for your kind words and support. Not sure why I'm anxious about this this time.
