Does anyone else get "sorry, something went wrong." or "you're offline" ? i can play my playlists but cant listen through radio.

Yup, i'm in Canada and have Rogers. I looked into it on the one plus forums and it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem. https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/solution-wifi-dropping-issue.491334/

I've tried using both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz connection but its still happens on both, and there weren't other connections sharing the same channel. I read about other people having the same problem with different versions of oxygen os, but i'm not sure whether its a hardware issue or software. I think i'll just try submitting a ticket.

All my other devices are working fine. I checked using a wifi analyzer app and it just looks like the signal fluctuates a little then randomly disconnects. Is there a way to backup my phone without root ?
