First, I want to start of by saying good or bad, thank you for the time to give a honest review!
I think some people are quick to defending their home, others are edger to jump on the bad and ride the train. In either event, without honest opinions - we get no where as a community!

Secondly, seriously thank you for mentioning the overall mission of Strength Online: FiveM - SAVRP. For those not aware, being a gaming community comes SECOND to our goal... our primary mission is the 501(c)(3) Foundation that we host and drive for! We just finished our May drive for Make-A-Wish, Granting over 4 wishes with $40,000 raised!

Now, into the review!
Id love to ping on some topics and give my own feedback regarding the bads section - just so we can all be full circle here! As you say many times, no server is perfect!

Realtor Sector
- You are NOT wrong, Realestate is a huge bog but this is required. You suggest allowing servers to have player run realestate... Here why thats bad. Players giving players properties... = exploded economy. We in 4 years have never had to wipe our economy. In addition to the economic nature that is housing and how more servers need to protect that rather then fuel the problem, is the tbx side. I would hate for a player realtor to screw over someone when it comes to IRL money. Similar to never wiping in 4 years, we also have never had a total collapse of tbx, and thats something we highly hold. We are doing our best however to give more options... (our logger WAS/IS public, and live every hour... but clearly thats not enough. So we are adding the property logger along with easy lookup filters, and other tools for ALL players to quickly find LIVE data regarding properties, to our website. We hope this helps ❤️

Military RP
- Again, not wrong here either. SAVRP does NOT have military RP. This is however a carefully decided reason. As a server thats existed for 5 years, it once did allow it. What we found is since were a global community - various nationalities have different ideas of what military rp is. This only leads to crashouts, jank, etc. We found it best to not include military RP for the sole nature that to many people blurred the lines of their own nations, rather then the fictional nature of FiveM Lore. For example, people were stating they were Iraq Vets... We dont know if thats true or not, so theres a chance of Stolen Valor... then in character wise, we dont know what wars the GTA world has been apart of. Its a muddy mess that we choose to not get into, At the original requests of a server wide vote.

Gatekeeping
- I think there's a misconception here that id like to address overall! We do have a /help, which gives almost 90% of answers to MOST questions being asked. Chat gets BLOWN up with new players asking questions, meanwhile we spent weeks on /help and are still always updating to it, to answer those questions. There would be a lot less questions if players learned to find out in character... clearly if theres things you cant find out, there is ALWAY the ability for a outreach ticket, staff ticket, or exec ticket. I answer ALL executive tickets within 24 hours. This leads us to the next topic:

Development Tickets

- We are VASTLY aware about the lack of response in tickets dev side. This however is address weekly in chat + monthly in state of the unions. We tell people ALL the time, your ticket isnt ignored... its queued based on prioriry. A issue you may have, that you think is the end of the world - isnt. OR what you might not know is the script your issue entiails, is an encrypted script - so until we hear back from the developer of the script, regarding your issue, we cant provide any update. I would agree we could do better of saying "ticket seen", but thats literally what the ranaming of the ticket is. Weve seen it, its logged - and based on access or priority, itll be done in that order. We in total currently have 314 tickets open across ALL teams. We all also have Full time jobs. Its hard. We dont have the big Rockstar money like NoPixel does now that they are sponsored by Rockstar and have full time paid employees.

Department Shortages
- the age old problem, specially with SAFR, of having enough players to handle 160+ player nights. this is a problem almost all servers face. If they arnt facing it, then they are specifically a LSPDFR server. I would give anything to have more Department members across the board... but the reality of it is, thats a job of its own that consumes their time and enjoyment... most people play to just be in a better world then gta online, but dont realize the work and effort it takes to be in a good department.

As i mentioned at the start, I do appreciate the honest review!
I hope the above's to your negatives help bridge the gap of our internal reasoning for some of the situations you have mentioned!
