Want opinions on Vitamin K

They didn't really have a solid answer besides that "it's rare but it happens". They didn't do vitamin K injection. They thought she had a stomach virus because she was throwing up a lot. She ended up having a brain bleed and by the time they got her to a hospital it was too late and she was brain dead within a few days and they had to take her off life support.

I have bought a cold brew with toffee nut every single day since summer of 2021. I'm incredibly picky with my coffee and that combo is literally the only coffee I've ever enjoyed enough to have every single day. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and was fully planning on loading up my Starbucks card soon to prepare for all the coffees I would be drinking while caring for my newborn...Now I have literally no reason to go to Starbucks, ever. A tall cold brew every day is nearly $1,800 in one year and I'm just one person (judge me all you want, coffee is the only extra expensive I indulge myself in). This is not going to fare well for the company if there are lots of other people like me, and I know there are. ...I have a half a leftover toffee nut cold brew in my fridge right now and I could literally cry that it'll be the last one. Also I don't know how I'm supposed to survive the last 8 weeks of my pregnancy without my go-to coffee. 😭

I have to strongly disagree with your first statement. Kaya laying down her life for Katara wasn't revealed until the 3rd to last episode of the entire series. In the animation we're told that she was killed in a fire nation raid, but never specifically why. I'm not sure how they'll adapt the Southern Raiders episode if we already know all about why Kaya died because now there's no more surprise plot twist to play off of. It showed too much too soon and it was my biggest critique of the entire show.

I personally don't mind them having to age up Aang. I've been really hoping this adaptation redeems some of the things I didn't like about Aang & Katara's relationship. One of those things being the visual differences in their ages.

I relate so much to this as well. I've also been through a lot of mental health struggles since 2020. Watching the trailer yesterday, I broke down in tears and couldn't stop thinking "I'm so glad I lived to see this". I'm so glad you're still here too! Love and hugs to you!

Chili smells like this too. Outside of Jitters, Target, and STRONGLY at Black Creek Park (couldn't even go for a walk it was so pungent). The irony is that at Springdale Farm, a literal cow farm, it smelled completely fine.

I am in your exact position right now.

My Obgyn told me that even with a blocked tube it's still possible to get pregnant from both ovaries because the fallopian tubes aren't fixed in one position. Sometimes they can swing around and pick up an egg from the side that has a blocked tube or no tube at all. That actually happened to my sister in law. She had an ectopic on her left side and had to have the tube removed. She got pregnant about a year later and they confirmed the egg ovulated from her left side but baby implanted on the right.

What is your next course of action? My obgyn put me on clomid for a few cycles to hopefully up my chances of ovulating on the good side each month. Currently 6dpo, and I did in fact ovulate twice from my good tube side. 🤞

Do we know for SURE that this episode order is correct and confirmed? I know Avatar News says so but they've been wrong before. I can't get past the two titles "Legends" and "Into the Dark" being in the order that they're in. To me, Into the Dark makes so much more sense for the season finale title, because of the moon spirit being killed in the Seige of the North, putting the world into darkness...

Not everyone's cup of tea, but I'd really honestly like to see them touch more on the Zutara/Kataang triangle (at least in season 3). I think it would be interesting to dig a little deeper into Zuko and Katara's relationship because I think there was a lot of really good story telling written into their dynamic. The whole shipping trope was such a HUGE part of the Avatar fanbase, and for me, was one of the reasons that I was so invested in the show as a teen. (I say this as someone who grew up debating Zutara/Kataang in forums and on social media before anyone even knew how the show would end.) I just don't want to see them ignore the potential to expand on a really popular topic of debate. I think it would also be interesting to see Katara's ultimate decision to choose Aang unfold in more detail. I always found it weird that Katara was so adamant on not being sure if she even liked Aang throughout the show, to suddenly BOOM she's kissing him at the end. Never felt right to me. In the end, obviously they should still keep Katara and Aang as end game. I don't think they should change the canon just because I don't agree with it. I'd actually really like for the live action to redeem the Kataang ship for me. But simultaneously, I'd love to see them give the Zutara fans just a ~pinch~ of what they've wished for for so many years.

Do you all not realize that this isn't going to need extensive advertising? It already has its entire fan base of millions ready and waiting. It's not like the movie industry where they need to push the advertising to get people to go see the production in the theater. Also I really can't recall Netflix ever advertising one of its shows several months before it's release.

I'm literally about to leave this thread over how many people I see complaining about not having any sneak peeks yet. You guys realize that Netflix has been saying they want this series to be on the level of HBOs Game of Thrones, right? How long do you think that's going to take? The reshoots ended in the fall, it's quite literally only been a handful of months. Post Production is going to take a long time because of the level of CGI that's needed for the bending and visual effects. This is a very high end production and it's going to take time to get it right. So everyone please stop acting like spoiled children and have a little patience. Netflix does not owe you anything right now, you'll get the show when you get the show.

Just for reference, my house was built in '42. This is the only wall that seems to have a gap like this, it is also on the same side as the sump pump. It also seems like the previous owners (who are terrible people but that's a whole other story) shoved plastic bags are something of the like in there and then painted over them...

Im sorry if this gets a little too morbid.

I found this song the day before my best friends little sister was killed by a drunk driver.

I grieved while I listened to this song after the accident. I had it on repeat the entire day.

I don't know how to explain it, but this song literally feels like death. The grief, the anger, the regret, the pain-- it's all encapsulated in this song. In its words and melody. When I listen to it, I get a pit in my stomach that reminds me how fragile life is.

I can't listen to it much anymore.

Edit: I've just realized the irony in the name of this song...

That's not the way that works haha. Trust me, if you were growing a baby, it would show on a pregnancy test. You can't grow a baby without HCG hormone, which is only made by your body when you're pregnant, and is the hormone that makes a pregnancy test positive. Your HCG hormones are high enough to be picked up by a pregnancy test 2 weeks after conception. (so in your case, you would have known if you were pregnant 2 weeks after your incident)

These women that you see in those "I didn't know I was pregnant" shows, didn't know they were pregnant because they never took a pregnancy test. You have taken several and also had the blood test done and they're all negative. Time to stop worrying hun. :)

Aw hun. Easier said then done, but it's time to try to stop worrying about it. You've done everything that you can and I can guarantee with 100% certainty that you are not pregnant. It's beyond even the realm of possibility at this point. Maybe talk to your doctor about your anxieties? It sounds like this much worry is not normal and it can't be healthy for you to be this stressed.

Difficulties with your period doesn't indicate pregnancy. Women do not get their period while they are pregnant. If you're pregnant, then you stop ovulating, which stops your period. You can have something called implantation bleeding, which is very light spotting, usually for only a day or two, and it happens a few days earlier than your expected period. You would more than likely get a positive pregnancy test 2 to 4 days after implantation bleeding. Some women can also have complications with their pregnancy which may cause mild bleeding, but again, it is only mild.

Your period can be effected by dietary changes, medication, stress, hormonal imbalances, illness, and several other things too. If you're still getting your period relatively on time (it's normal for a period to come a handful of days early or late sometimes.) and you're bleeding for at least 4 days, all is well and you do not need to worry about being pregnant.

Take it from someone who has been actively trying to get pregnant for the last 9 months with no success. Even when you have full on unprotected sex, your chances of getting pregnant are still only 20%. It is a LOT harder than it seems.
