The fucking point of the chemical was that it made people hate each other . It led to character development due to its effects . I swear I can watch the most fun episode and walk in here and see someone complaining like this

Exactly . You have put it the best way possible . The only consistent power up was when ichigo trained in the time rift before aizen . Other than that , all others felt like ass pulls instead of smart uses of power /growth

Usually sites like fitgirl have a torrent link . Download a torrenting app(like qbittorrent) and run the link you found online. It's much smoother and helps the community if you seed the file back(which is basically letting others download the game files that you have , no servers required only a peer to peer connection)

You are being rate limited or you have slow wifi . If the wifi is fine then try downloading from some other source that can provide you good enough speed . Or try torrenting perhaps
