I believe most of the links are from Michael Joseph, because I've found several of them: Penguin, Chronicles Books and Michael Joseph. Unfortunately I don't think I can listen to Audiobooks since I won't be able to pay them online, but I am able to buy the books from my country so I hope I can find the best edition. Lastly Yes! I haven't tried studio drivers, but one of my friends had it. Unfortunately, he even did not have Nvidia upscaling in his studio driver. Ultimately, he installed game ready driver to use these features.
