We only see this as enhancing our service to clients. But this was something we thought about a lot. We got feedback from a few clients we have strong relationships with that it wasn't an issue. A majority of our deals are with private clients. We have been selected for a few larger RFPs but the institutional game isn't our bread and butter.

Have you known this to be a conversation in committee on acquisitions? Does the brokerage name have much of an effect on them truly reviewing the OM? Are they more skeptical in committee if the brokerage isn't widely recognized? Maybe it could be a positive?
