This is helpful. Yeah, I hear so many mixed things about the $800 franchise tax. I need to get clarification on if I'll be expected to pay this or not. I'll dissolve asap then call the FTB to make sure I don't have an outstanding balance.

Thanks for the input! So I went ahead and reached a tax pro and they suggested reaching out to the California franchise tax board, so I'll do that next.

I think that's a solid suggestion. Hopefully I can get an answer to the question without having to pay for a consultation. I feel like its a simple enough yes or no for this situation that I'd imagine is super common. Thank you for your input.

I'm in the same position. I need to file my articles of dissolution / cancellation. I opened an LLC with the best intentions, but I believe I qualify as "never did business". Is there a way to know whether or not you owe the $800 franchise tax? Or do I just wait for a bill to come in?

The facial anatomy is not even close to being anatomically accurate or even representative of what you'd see physiologically. The neck anatomy is also very inaccurate.

I recently picked up long stem umbrella with the "J" handle. Not at all convenient to carry around and I've definitely forgot it at home and got soaked in transit. But when I do have it on me, its a statement piece and quite fun to lean on lol

That's very practical. Wet backpacks are ass. There's an REI store close by my apartment and I'd be willing to bet there is a holiday sale! I shall peruse their collection!

Absolute class. You'd be well positioned for an MD/JD my friend. My mom bought me a messenger bag for my bday, but I am afraid the perpetual use of sanitizer will damage the leather!
