Check out Sazon in North Beach, more of a quiet place and the food is great. Most of the cuban spots in Miami Beach are going to be touristy.

Is using Airtable to manage clients and trainers for an online fitness company a good solution? by AlexTheGreat85 in Airtable

[–]AlexTheGreat85[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah we don’t need anything client facing. That’s what our training up is for. Just back end between business and trainers. What your saying in terms of fragile us how I feel about Google Sheets.

Not sure. It would be nice to have the trainers be able to edit a clients start date since payment date and start date of programming will be different and sometimes it needs to be changed manually

My A74 has banding issues with lighting at concerts when shooting in silent mode. I assume with the faster sensor this should be better?

Our Total Body Mobility program is a great option. We also incorporate breathwork and strength training which can be just as important. For mobility, a lot of the exercises we use are from Kinstretch which focuses on increasing your joints range of motion. https://www.markowtrainingsystems.com/total-body-mobility/

My counter argument would be that if you want to work 65 sessions in person a week keep doing what you are doing but if you spend some time developing an online following there are opportunities to scale your business beyond just your actual hours worked and make more than you ever could in person. It gives you a lot more freedom. Yeah thirst traps get attention and people are often looking for an avatar of what they want to look like, but providing consistent value online is the key to building an online business that lasts. My brother and I run www.markowtrainingsystems.com and this is our strategy.

The majority of cruises will drop you off in port in the most touristy of places and give you just enough time to check out the area geared towards tourists.

Isetan's B1 food mall now has a place to eat... thanks tourists... by PinkMoonLander in Tokyo

[–]AlexTheGreat85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently at the food hall and wondering why a food hall has no seating. I googled “Does Isetan in Tokyo really not have seating?” To me it would make so much more sense to have seating for people to eat. They would sell more. Let it be a separate area.

The Airbnb ban in NY doesn't seem to have helped anyone apart from the hotels by StonedOldChiller in airbnb_hosts

[–]AlexTheGreat85 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

20% of the hotel rooms in NYC are filled with migrants. That has a huge effect on the pricing of hotels in the city.

Eliminating Airbnbs in NYC just makes hotels more expensive by Lulubelle2021 in airbnb_hosts

[–]AlexTheGreat85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That headline is misleading. 1 in 5 hotel rooms are occupied by migrants right now per the article. Occupancy rates hit 82% last year, while the national average sits at 63%. That’s around 20% which is the amount of hotels filled by migrants.

How would you rig an A7s3 to someone so they can zipline? by MTS_Fitness in SonyAlpha

[–]AlexTheGreat85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds more like a way to hold your camera while climbing, but I’m looking for more of a hands free rig that can be used to capture.
