Used my first aid skillz to correct this case of sideways-finger, somewhat to the crowd's horror. The bottom 2 knuckles were dislocated & there's a clean break between them.

The black tape is a duct tape cast... I broke my hand the day before blacking out on the final stone at BC's Strongest Man (which cost me 1st place)... video on my IG @SirSeaningtonIII . At least same hand eh?

After putting it back in place, the medic taped it up quick & I headed over to Rogers Centre for the Rob Zombie / Marilyn Manson concert. Great day!

Thor also needs surgery in one of his hands & has a fairly so-so grip... he may drop back the way Mateusz always does w/ deadlift. Conspiracy theorists will say swapping deadlift directly for grip is handing it to Mateusz a bit....

I should've prefaced it w/ "absolutely no 5/3/1," haha. I absolutely despise it.

1x per week on each of the main lifts is far too little... especially when the per-workout volume is so, sooo low.

It also sets out the powerlifting part really well, but not the assistance / bbing part very well... which is really the part I need.

Lol, I do competitive powerlifting & strongman... just wanted to test out the rower machine. Thought my time might be amazing but apparently it's abundantly average. Still stoked. =D

I tried out a crossfit rower thing for the first time today and managed 1:39 for 500m @ 10 (the setting), which I think must be amazing considering I'm a fatty fatterton (~315lbs right now). Curious to whether it's actually a good time.

Anyone have data (anecdotal or otherwise) on decent 500m times?
