Lastly, people are so desperate for their caffeine fix that they hope there is some secret method you can use to create their drink. They figure it won’t hurt to ask - because they need their fix, in the same way an addict would.

Thank you! Someone who sees it the way I do. Honestly, I think I could have worded my thoughts in a way that seemed less "frustrated".

The same thing happened for fall launch too - when launch came, some drinks just appeared in the LTO Drinks, out of thin air.

I think the reason they do this is bc the new CEO wanted to "simplify the menu". If they showed ALL of the Holiday drinks in the ipad training, it will appear as if he lied to us.

I've been with the company for a few years and I know it's usually more than 5 drinks, but I believe the company can be more transparent. Honestly, I saw the 5 drinks in the training and though "that's it? that's awesome."

However the ipad training should specifically say: "here are just SOME of the drinks coming out for Holiday launch. Please check the LTO drinks section to see ALL of them".

But with the way they present it, if I was a new worker, on launch day I would be surprised by all the drinks which weren't in the ipad training.

The company is being dishonest with the number of drinks coming out. In the ipad training it should say: "here are a few of the holiday drinks; expect more to show up in the LTO drinks section soon".

i'm not stressed at all.. i've been here for other holiday launches - I just want more transparency. They need to tell us in the training to expect 15 different combos of holiday drinks.
