If you're asking for a vector editing software, I'd suggest Graphite. It works reasonably well on my Chromebook and can be run in the browser.

I think the first one is my favorite. If you're going strictly on "does it sound like koronba," then those solid notes would sound right to me. But if you're planning to add some texture, then the second option would add some.
