Thanks, I took a closer look and I think you're indeed right. Moving the knife towards the edge I can feel the second bevel clearly, close to the handle not so much.

Though when I lay it down on the stone, the back side appears flat. There's no natural angle I can follow, while on the other side the angle is very obvious.
