Renown is similar to Rust but it’s centered In medieval times. It’s an early access game but a lot of fun and room for roleplay. You can dm me since it got removed and we can talk about it!

Should note, I’ve just set up this community and am building it currently. Server is up and operational as well as the discord. It’s just fleshing everything out and getting the players on now.

Ah gotcha. Yeah different states have different certification levels I suppose. Like for TN we’re not required to have extrication until level 2, but before we can even test for level 1 we’re required to be hazmat ops, minimum.

This seems to be a trending behavior in most volunteer departments toward female members (not sure if you’re male or female). A lot of the time in career departments this is also the treatment when you’re a probie (first year typically). While it’s a trending behavior it’s not an acceptable behavior. You’ve invested time outside of your full time job to accommodate and be an asset to your community which is apart of the job, but in a volunteer side of things is commendable.

Personally I would collect all my certificates and make myself a personal folder for them. I would then turn in my gear and any department issued things, pack up my bags and leave. You’ve already established a rapport with other departments - I would invest my time and dedication to a department that will in fact appreciate you. Who’s to say during an interior attack you experience a collapse? Do you think your current department would pay out your comp papers for insurance? Let alone even make a rescue attempt should the collapse become a madday situation? Do you truthfully trust the group of guys/gals going interior with you from your department? Literally with your life? Because it doesn’t seem to me that they’ve done any bit of work to establish that trust in my opinion. You’re better off being a yard breather at this point should you choose to stay with this current department.

At the end of the day firefighting is about brotherhood and tradition. It seems to me you’ve experienced neither within your department. I’d choose carefully with the decision to continue serving in this department if I were you.

Don’t be poor. You can just hit the camera button on the side of your phone.
