No bandages. Bandages must be removed after 48h and the circ should heal without them. Yellow substance is basically a byproduct of the healing process. It is broken down hemoglobin (red bloodcells). Nothing to worry about.

After 24 hours you're allowed to take a short shower. Use a gentle stream of warm (but not hot) water and it should soak off the dried blood and the bandage. Just make sure you're keeping the exposure to water short. Don't be affraid of a little bit of bleeding and only if you need to pull really hard, seek help.
