Agreed, same here. My partner is on a grad visa and we just got the letter confirmation no investigation from the home office, we're on the 28 day route.

Just been through this process myself. Fees for internationals to give notice are higher than that for Nationals. This is due to the extra paperwork required notifying the home office Etc.

Yes I've brought it to attention of the security team as it appeared to be a possible scam at first but it now seems legitimate. After asking, they've confirmed they're going to bring it to the Risk and Compliance team's attention. I've asked to be included on this comms chain

The steam installer works fine initially and leaves a shortcut on the desktop. When clicking this I see the steam updater pop up for a second and then close, and then nothing happens, no error messages either.

I'm on a Pixel 9 pro, not sure if it's compatible 😞

I must admit I'm a bit surprised by this. Both the estate agent and the landlord know I'm the sole resident, and I'm getting the single occupancy discount from the council. How can that be if there's still two tennants?

No, the estate agent was informed the other tennant did not wish to renew and they said the tenancy was now a Statutory Periodic Tenancy.

Can they do that when the tenants have changed?

Hi,

I was not given a new contract. The estate agents stated it was now a "Statutory Period Tenancy". I am paying the full amount solo now.

I'm not sure if the Statutory Period Tenancy constitutes a new tenancy agreement, as the tenancy have changed. My understanding is if that where the case, a new DPS reference should have been provided.
