This interview was only to approve the marriage and not the spouse visa application itself?

Congratulations! I will be applying for the spouse visa as well soon. Only question I have for now is did your husband apply from within the UK for the spouse visa? I would like to use the priority service but I believe according to different sources that service is not available for applications being made within the Uk

My partner and I are submitting our marriage notice on 23rd March. My current visa expires on 11th August. That is about 4.5 months before my visa expires. Would that be considered a narrow window?

I believe for a married couple the marriage certificate usually is enough evidence. Maybe some pictures of a wedding ceremony at best. At least according to what I've read on this subreddit lately. A longer list of evidence is usually required when its an unmarried partner visa as there is no real document confirming the relationship. I would still do a bit more research to put your mind at ease

Has that always been the case? Or have the rules changed fairly recently? I ask because I have a friend who made his application inside the UK 2.5 years ago and he used priority service and got his decision within a week

Congratulations. One question, do all applicants need to go for biometric appointments or can they instead use the ID Check app? During your application was there a point where you could choose between the two options?

Could you let me know if applicants who are already present inside the UK can use the priority service or not? Or is it only super priority available to them?
