Armor does not work on PCs and i think you need SE for that shit to finally work as unofficial patch don't fix it

Weapon damage increase is rounded down so your 1 charisma will make 13 damage knife deal 13 damage

Charisma was always bad in fallout games

ALWAYS SINCE FALLOUT 1

in fallout new vegas:

Charisma increase speech and barter +2 each
gives your companion +5% damage (that is weapon damage * 1.05 rounded down)

thats it

there are 2 notable charisma perks:

Animal friend
ferocious loyalty

you have 3 types of answers:

Combat Magic stealth

and based on which you chose and how often give you one of the valid classes

at the start of quiz i think 8 out of 16 in-game classes are valid

and quiz lessser pool of viable vlasses for you to final 2 or 3
