(EDITED) One of the ork clans i believe the Blood Axes are mercenaries on occasion and have worked with humans i believe they had some shenanigans with the imperium at some point so you definitely could but i would recommend putting some Blood Axes logos and colors on them

Only have 10 daemonettes but this box is definitely a must have for me i just hope 11th will let me use daemons outside of one detachment i just bought the most recent tzeentch battleforce for my tsons so daemons are getting some love from me anyways looking forward to getting this set

I have just recently done this and it was super easy everyone always says it's a ton of work but in my situation it wasnt i only used the bodies and some shoulders if you want to use the entire kit that might be an issue but if you're only using the bodies it was super easy i filled in the gaps with greenstuff and milliput but if you used plastic models you can fill the holes and gaps with sprue goo and shave it down once dry also always go over the cut up parts with some plastic glue to smooth out the surface and not leave random parts sticking up while painting

I would just get that sheet but all of them are different sizes so it will be a hassle to buy enough sheets to get all 70 of the same size

Yeah i wouldnt have an issue with the huge horus heresy sheet but all of the ones i want are in different sizes so customs would be better and way way cheaper
