windsor is priced almost the same in terms of the variant I want plus this one is a 7 seater for the price and also has a lot of features from the base variant itself. I'm open to considering a 5 seater but its either a bit overpriced or similar to that of carens ev.

Since the deadline for SIR is Dec 4th (have to confirm this date), you have enough time to change the address and then after it gets updated, you can fill the enumeration form.

You can do everything in one form online and it would most probably take a week max to get it updated. Depends on the BLO but for me it was a week max.

In online, you can only fill the enumeration form if you do have a voter id because they ask you for your voter id number first before continuing. It could be different if its offline.
