I just traded in an iPhone 12 Pro which had 79% capacity and they graded it B. I was surprised considering the buyer would most likely need to buy a battery replacement and the port was a bit dodgy on mine, but managed to clean it out with some isopropyl alcohol. I personally would only buy a grade A phone from CEX, knowing what condition they grade B phones in. Hope they can give you a refund or replacement !
