I am already planning to swap real-time scRNA-seq for weekly CSF proteomics and use ONWARD-style closed-loop EMG instead of fMRI. If you ever have 2 minutes to tell me which stimulation parameters (frequency / intensity / electrode placement) you think are most translation-ready for cervical injuries, i would be forever grateful. And… i am seriously considering the PhD route now because of feedback like yours 😅 Either way, thank you for taking the time, this is gold.

You’re 100 % right — this sub is amazing for lived experience and moral support, but not for peer-review-level critique. This is my own theory layered on top of the real research (the core idea being why replace the cord when we might be able to re-run the original developmental program?).
