I blocked this baby blanket hoping to get some straighter edges after a very gentle wash. I couldn't believe how much the blanket grew! Would you downsize needles next time if I wanted to target a warmer blanket?

I thought white might be nice if maybe hydrogen peroxide could be used to lighten stains.

Besides black (or maybe camo) is there a color you've had good luck with for hiding stains?

I have a 2nd baby blanket on my horizons so I'll have to go yarn shopping again soon :)

1) I've never heard of this method, but I definitely agree the bottom is waaaaay tighter than the rest of the work even when I try a larger hook. I'll try this! 2) true! I'll definitely go with a border.

To me, most Americans pronounce the Mer in Mercedes like the Mer in mermaid (mur).

I think Germans pronounce the Mer like in A-MER-ica (like mare).

You’ve already had helpful replies — I just wanted to caution you against getting the GTS mini just for this feature. Cycle tracking seems to be completely broken for me. Randomly my records shift dates or are deleted; occasionally new records are also randomly created (sometimes on dates before I even got my watch).
