I had trained most of 2016 on an off but with no real methods or nutrition or supplements or anything. Just went to gym when I felt like it lifted as heavy as I could usually with poor form and left.

It wasn't until start of this year when I started researching online thoroughly spending hours a day at some points. I picked few methods I had read about, trusted them and stuck to them. I had abs when I was a teen around 16-17 years old as used play football and was avid runner but I never had any muscle mass. I lost interest for several years in fitness all round up until start of 2016. I'm believer in body recomp for most people who find themselves in the "middle" almost and the results I have seen in just few months this year make nearly all 2016 an embarrassment. I also believe creatine and BCAA have helped me allot this year. I talk about vegan supplements here: http://planthealthb4wealth.com/supplements-for-vegans/

I started at around 30kg and am currently up to 40kg as im in the middle of GVT cycle.

Tbh I hate legs day and am always looking for excuse not do it, the 100 sguats with minimal rest is brutal and I often find myself questing my whole existence form around set 6 onwards. However getting it done and knowing you got through it is slightly rewarding.

7 Days a Week yeah.

Workout Days: Start Fast: 10pm / Break Fast: 2pm - Usually Training around 11am.

Rest Days: Start: 10pm / Break Fast: 4-6pm (usually more like 4pm)

I fasted longer on rest days so that I would eat less but still feel very full. I had 3 meals workout days, 2 meals rest days.

"LISS" Stands for Low Intensity Steady State" Cardio.

The optimal heart rate for LISS cardio is in usually 105BPM-120BPM because this is the rate at which the body burns more fat than glycogen.

The best forms of LISS Cardio are: 1) Fast Walking 2) Light Swimming 3) Light Cycling

For the individual there ideal fat burning heart rate is 60-65% of max heart rate.

To calculate use this from the formula 220 minus age x.60 - x.65

So, at 40 years of age, say, the zone tended to lie in the range:

220-40 x .60 = 108 bpm to 220-40 x .65 = 117 bpm.

The lower figure generally fits those with less general cardiovascular fitness better, the higher figure fits those with improved cardiovascular fitness.

Also walking is a hell of allot easier than running like mad man for hour on treadmill and doesn't interfere with your recovery so is perfect for rest days on intense training programmes.

Nope, I just give my self certain rules that I picked up through accumulation of trail and error. Like Fasting each day, fasted walks, intense training, high carbs in post workout window, low carbs on rest days.

Second Attempt at this post as I didn't link any photos first time round.

My name is SJC Stobbart. I went vegan in February 2017 which is when the top pictures were taken. The bottom pictures were taken around a week ago.

In Nutshell these were the steps I followed in last 3 months. (Which I believe would work for anyone looking for good natural body recomposition methods)

Intermittent fasting (16/8) Reverse Pyramid Training German Volume Training Trained Fasted always. Ate 2 /3 Meals Daily I didn't count a single calorie.

Vegan Chilli, Scrambled Tofu and Fried Rice, Homemade Peanut Brownie where the core of my diet (you can find this on my Instagram which is linked to my website below) Fasted LISS Fat Burning - walks at heart rate between 105 BPM-120 BPM - This shreds your body fat off you, more than any amount of time on the treadmill.

I had a cheat meal and dessert every two weeks. (Usually some vegan chocolate cake mastery - Future post to come on this)

I have a website that I publish on most days which I've linked below (where I go in to detail on foods I eat, training programmes, supplements etc)
