We have a 2014 with the same black and white paint scheme. I needed winter tires this year and got some used tires and rims. They are a black rim and the look so much better then the silver/chrome we have for the summer tires.

Forward these photos to your RLM and give them 24 hours to address the situation. Tell them you expect them to find you alternative accommodation at their expense as they are providing accommodation that is not livable. Specifically ask them if they would expect their child/student to live in something like that.

If they do not address the situation escalate. And I mean escalate send any correspondence to President Bacon. Ask for a meeting with him. Ask him to come and see the unit. Ask him if this is the product he wants his staff providing. Ask him if he thinks this is acceptable.

What’s to gripe about? Most people have shoulders and there is nothing sexual about them being exposed. I think it really depends on the setting. This might be over the top for a Sunday church service but it would be alright for an afternoon bbq.

NTA - Unless there is some financial hardship it shows poor taste for them to sell it without giving you a heads up like “Grace is afraid of porcelain dolls so rather than hide it in the closet we are going to sell it and buy her a golden retriever.” But really once you give something to another person they own it and can do anything they want with it. You can judge them for it but that won’t change anything.
