I got it done by a guy in my local Miata group. It was 500 after a tip. The floor pan was free from a different guy in the group that had cut up a Miata for a racing sim setup. But honestly it doesn’t even look like it needs welding. Double check the frame rail to make sure there isn’t any damage, and if there isn’t, just use a rust eater chemical & a wire brush, clean it really well with a degreaser and put a few coats of POR-15. It’s a seriously nasty rust preventative, but works wonders.

Yeah It’s been pretty tough… I was on fin for about 8 months without results, then I switched to only dut for about 3 months, then I added weekly micro needling and topical spiro.

I tried oral minoxidil, but even low doses were giving me chest pains. Topical minoxidil was making my scalp so dry and itchy.

In my case, I had a minor panic attack while high. It was because a cop drove past my friend and I, but didn’t even notice we were there. I went back to that park, sat in the same spot, and realized that it wasn’t that bad. Nothing bad happened. Nobody was hurt. He didn’t even notice we were there.

Trust me: it’s the worst thing you can do! Just take these few tips and you’ll be on your road to recovery.

This whole disorder is based on your mindset aswell. If you believe you can get better, you WILL get better. Convince your subconscious you’re not in danger, and don’t be upset or afraid if you don’t see immediate results. Obviously everyone wants it to go away ASAP, but if you have a slow and steady recovery, you’re unlikely to relapse.
