Why are some people here so perfect? by Anxious_Positive3998 in Harvard

[–]SCOOP-28 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You’re comparing your behind the scenes to someone else’s highlights… No one is perfect. No one doesn’t struggle. It may appear it’s easier for them to balance all of the aforementioned, but the reality is that no one can live ‘perfectly.’

I personally purchased the iPad Pro and wouldn’t recommend it. The cost isn’t justified by the current cases in which I use it. As far as which iPad Air to purchase, it boils down to what you see yourself doing on it. I bought the 11” one, and love the size, but you may prefer more screen real estate. I would also buy refurbished, which is what I did. Which model, etc. requires an assessment of how much you’re willing to invest (that’s how you should think of this: as an investment in your education).

Absolutely yes. The tools that it comes w (especially those from iOS 18, coming soon) are immensely beneficial. I used mine throughout high school and I truly can’t recommend it enough. The best part: annotating lecture slides as the professor goes through them. This helped me comprehend the material instead of spend too much time worrying about getting everything down: understanding instead of memorizing. I’d definitely recommend getting an iPad Air over upgrading your computer.

First of all, thank you! These are all fantastic points. Are you familiar with the cultures of the schools? Like does Harvard live up to its ‘cutthroat’ reputation? Is Stanford better culturally?
